Jenn Fenwick
In 2015 my boob tried to kill me.
At the time I was in a global leadership role at a Fortune 500, and on a career high.
Then my cancer diagnosis came, a curveball (to say the least), and I spent the following 11 months as a human pin cushion.
Riding the wave of courage that cancer had given me, I launched into the most exciting (yet terrifying) transition of my career and set up my coaching business.
During the course of my corporate career, where I had helped 1000s of people make bold career moves and navigate change, I observed (and experienced) that as leaders progress in their careers the pressure, responsibility, visibility, complexity and challenge increase…
…yet the support around them often decreases, or is not fit-for-purpose.
So I set my sights on working with modern leaders and organisations, and being a trusted member of their support crew during pivotal moments of transition - challenge & growth.
Being looped in to work with leaders at key moments where having a Jenn in their corner would give them an edge.
