  • We kick off on the 24th of March @ 1 pm UK time. We have calls every 2 weeks for 12 weeks. The sessions are 90 minutes in length held on Zoom.

  • We are not talking about change, we are making it. Working with me is like “rocket fuel”; having worked with 1000s of people to make bold career moves and take their leadership to the next level, I bring a lifetime of experience, insights and energy to this programme. Work and life will never be the same again after this up-levelling leadership programme, you will be inspired - empowered - motivated, and already making courageous moves towards your future.

  • This programme is open to leaders of all levels. I have run groups where we have had a wonderful mix from one end of the spectrum to the other, and they are pure magic. It is so much more about the aspiration, support, sharing of perspectives, and energy of the group. Job titles and ego are left at the community door.

  • I will bring my energy, a wealth of experience in coaching, mentoring and facilitating powerful group conversations to the table. I’ll nudge you at times, throw in the inspiration and motivation when you need and be there to cheer you on… however, there are no overnight results here and the success comes down to taking action and being consistent with implementing what you learn. I have a long list of raving fans who, years later, are still seeing the benefits of working with me.

Over the last 17 years I have had the privilege of working with 1000s of people across the globe as they make bold career moves, push the boundaries and navigate the challenges of modern leadership.

Having worked with startups through to Fortune 500s, first time Managers to first time CEOs, I have found that leadership is complex and an emotional rollercoaster for even the most experienced of leaders.

Drawing on coaching experience first gained in the sporting world, I blend career and leadership coaching with a focus on wellbeing to get the very best out of my leaders and ensure they are thriving, not just surviving!

I am a coach - career strategist - sounding board - protector of headspace and a trusted member of a leader's support crew, and it is an absolute privilege!
